I am thrilled to have joined PsyPact!
The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT®) is an interstate compact designed to facilitate the practice of telepsychology and the temporary in-person, face-to-face practice of psychology across state boundaries.
As psychologists, once we successfully joined Psypact we are able to see patients beyond the state we are licensed in.
Here is the full list of participating PsyPact states as of 10/14/2024: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. So, if you reside in any of these states, geographical distance is no longer an obstacle to work together in therapy!
I am also licensed in the State of New York, where I attended graduate school, which completes the list of the 41 states in which I am able to provide virtual therapy.
So, if you are in the process of looking for a psychologist to support you and you reside in any of the above mentioned states, I invite you to schedule a free phone consultation (link is below) and see if we are a good fit to work together. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. I would love to hear from you.
